We had a lovely stay in a cozy double room, and the breakfast was a real highlight with delicious options to choose from. The garden area provided a peaceful spot to unwind, and I also enjoyed a soothing foot massage during my visit. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger for easier browsing, but it didn’t really take away from our experience! 😊

Surrounded by lush greenery, the hotel offers beautiful views of the Surrey hills that make you want to grab a drink and relax on the terrace. The rooms are spacious, particularly the remodeled ones, which add a touch of charm to the stay.
The pillows in the budget double room were dusty and hard, making for an uncomfortable night. Plus, the bedsheet wasn't ironed, and there was a nagging itch that suggested a potential bug issue. The bathroom layout felt awkward, with a tilted space that made brushing my teeth a bit of a challenge. The dining experience was troubling as well. waiting far too long for drinks and feeling rushed for breakfast when everything was cleared before the clock hit 10 AM left a lot to be desired.

It was just a well-suited match for a short interlude in Guildford with exceptional value. The valley views were nice, but our room was above the kitchen, which meant noise and smells. Avoid the extra charges for early check-in and rooms.
